  • Delivery Service: For your convenience, we deliver directly to your doorstep. Delivery timelines vary based on your location, but we strive to deliver within 3-5 business days.
  • Cost of Delivery: Delivery fees depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery address. We’ll calculate the cost at checkout.

If a customer discovers that the product purchased from the company is damaged upon delivery, here’s how to address it:

  • Report the Damage: Contact us via email at adeolaklad@gmail.com within 48 hours upon discovery. Use the subject line “DAMAGED ITEM.”
  • Fixable Damage: If the damage can be fixed on-site, our team will reach out to discuss the specifics and arrange for resolution.
  • Beyond Repair: If the damage is beyond repair, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.
  • Condition of the Product: The damaged product must remain in the same condition as when it was received.

Resolution Time: Resolution times may vary:

  • 5–10 working days within Ekiti State
  • 10–15 working days outside Ekiti State

  4. Participate in the Process: Depending on your preference, you can actively participate in the crafting process or observe as our skilled artisans bring your design to life.
  5. Completion and Delivery: Once the furniture is completed, you can either pick it up from the warehouse or arrange for delivery.
